New Student Registration
Registration begins online and is followed up with an appointment with our school's Registrar. If your child is zoned for Potomac High School, to begin the enrollment process, please go to our PWCS Registration Process Page. This page will provide you with detailed steps and the documents you will need to complete before your child can be enrolled.

Immunization Requirements for 26-27 School Year
The deadline to meet the immunization and physical examination requirements for the upcoming school year will be posted by the district. Please monitor the PWCS required immunizations page for updates.
Parents/guardians can view information about student immunization compliance in ParentVUE. For specific questions about immunization non-compliance or for assistance in setting up a ParentVUE account, please contact the school.
Once completed, provide documentation to your student’s school indicating that your student has received the immunization(s) and/or physical examination. All documentation must include the student’s full name and ID number. It is recommended that the documentation be delivered in person to the school's office.
If your student cannot receive an immunization or physical examination for some reason, the health provider must give you a medical exemption statement to provide to your student’s school.

Annual Back to School Packet
The district will announce when families may begin completing the Annual Back to School Packet for their student(s). The packet will contain resources parents/guardians need to ensure students are set up for success this school year.
Through the packet, you can:
- Review emergency cards
- Update contact information
- Complete annual policy reviews and acknowledgments

- PSHS New Student Orientation for the 26-27 school year will be on August 19, 2026. The time and additional details will be shared as we get closer to the date.
- PSHS Back to School Night for the 26-27 school year will be on August 27, 2026. The time and additional details will be shared as we get closer to the beginning of next school year.
