A general school supply list for the 2026-27 school year is listed below. Teachers may include additional items on their course syllabus.
Basic Supplies
Potomac High School students should come prepared with basic school supplies, including pens, pencils, notebook paper, highlighters, and folders.
Health and Physical Education (HPE)
HPE teachers will provide guidance during the first weeks of school regarding appropriate attire for physical education classes. While uniforms are not required, students should have clothing suitable for physical activity, such as athletic shorts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and athletic shoes.
Technology
All Potomac High School students will be issued a PWCS iPad with cloud storage for instructional use throughout the school year. While not required, families may choose to purchase an Apple Pencil or a compatible stylus to enhance note taking, drawing, annotating documents, and other learning activities.
