Potomac High School Community Track Use Guidelines

The track at Potomac High School is open to the public for use.

Community Track Use Hours

📅 During the School Year, Monday – Friday

• Morning Hours (before school): 6 a.m. until 7 a.m.
• Evening Hours: 6:30 p.m. until sunset, unless the track is in use for team practice, school events and games, or community rentals.

📅 During the School Year, Weekends

• 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., unless the track is reserved for school events or community rentals.

🔒 Please note: The stadium will be locked at 4 p.m. unless in use for games or other scheduled events.

📅 Summer

• Open during daylight hours, unless the track/stadium is not in use for school events or community rentals.

Additional information

• The track is closed on school holidays, teacher workdays, and other days when students are not in session.
• The field, goals, and athletic equipment are not open for community use.
• Only use track lanes.
• No pets are permitted on the track or within the stadium.
• Treat the campus and facilities with respect at all times.
