New immunization requirements for 12th grade students took effect on July 1, 2021, and will impact the coming 2021-22 school year:

    • Children entering 12th grade will need to have a booster dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACWY) given at 16 years or older.
    • A 12th grade student who has received a dose of the meningococcal vaccine prior to age 16 may be conditionally enrolled but will still be required to have the 12-grade dose given at 16 years or older.
